New Images For Batman v. Superman Are Starting To Leak! Possible Major Spoilers Ahead.

Image: EW / DC/Warner Bros.

With Batman v. Superman's premiere date right around the corner, new details and images are starting to emerge. The latest is that of a set of pictures that could or could not be potential spoilers, it all depends on the context in which it will be used in the film. And we'll get into that in a bit.

From what we have been getting and the arc that the film is taking inspiration from, this iteration of Batman will be that of a seasoned vigilante who is not above putting a real hurting unto his opponents. His new methods of fighting crime and those whom he perceives as being a danger to the well-being of his city are even viewed by some as a "brand of terror".
The results cannot be argued since the crime in Gotham City are said to be at an all-time low, therefore, he seems content on employing every trick in the book available to him. And he will need all those tricks and every single one of his gadgets when he takes on The Man of Steel.
The first picture we have is that of the fight between The Dark Knight and Superman which seems to be an all-out war that will leave him battered regardless of his  armored suit.

Funeral for a Friend?!

The second picture is that of Bruce Wayne at a funeral with a very somber look on his face. Next to him is none other than Diana Prince.

Given what we know from information that has been revealed in interviews by the cast, crew and people that have gotten inside access, along with some footage from the trailers, Diana Prince (Wonder Woman's alter ego) is a new resident of Metropolis and thus is not on a real friendly stage with either of the titular superheroes. Which begs the question, "who do Diana and Bruce have in common as to be saddened by the loss of that person?" A more intriguing and reasonable question would be, who do Wonder Woman and Batman have in common? Well, how about Superman?

With The Dark Knight going all out in trying to take The Man of Steel down and Lex Luthor trying near the impossible to "neutralize" him, for lack of a better word, could Superman's downfall be out of the question? An image from a private screening reveals an out for the count Superman.

This image from a private screening shows that Superman, in fact, does bleed.

The man or being responsible could be up for debate but if we were to go by comic lore, it will point directly at Doomsday. Doomsday who in this case is created by Lex Luthor from the remains of General Zod (Michael Shannon) to destroy Superman, could very well be the one who does the deed as his calling card to fame was that on his very first appearance was able to match Superman blow by blow in the 1992 story arc, Death of Superman.

A couple of weeks back, EW reporter, Anthony Breznican, who has seen the film and made a series of articles with the actors and Zack Snyder in order to get a better grasp as to what sets the heroes off on a collision course, shared some opinions/views pertaining to the film.

Number five could very well reference the scene that concludes with Superman on the floor incapacitated.

There are a couple of different reports/theories/rumors mainly from people who claim to have seen the film and some fan theories as to what actually happened that led to this picture of Superman.
One is that towards the end, while the Trinity are fighting an out of control Doomsday Superman sacrifices himself in an attempt to stop/kill Doomsday.

The second of those, according to some people  will not be the outcome of the battle between Superman and Doomsday but instead is a scenario that occurs in the often mentioned and confirmed Batman: Knightmare scene.
We have seen parts of the Batman: Knightmare sequence in the trailers already in which The Dark Knight fights soldiers who are sporting the insignia of Superman on their uniforms. Along with that, there was a horde of parademons in attack mode.
Some reports claim that Darkseid is the one to deliver the fatal blow. In this "knightmare", besides the parademons hinting at Darkseid, his "calling card", the Omega symbol is also featured in a shot of what appears to be a destroyed Metropolis.

What do you guys think? Will Superman really bite the dust when it is all said and done or could this be a "knightmare" induced vision?

Following the events of Man of Steel, Gotham City-based vigilante Batman travels to Metropolis to preemptively combat Superman, while another threat endangers humankind.

Newest On Set Images Gives Us a Glimpse of a Bloodied Doctor Strange

Marvel Studios' has two films coming out this year, one that we all know since it is right around the corner - Captain America: Civil War, and the other? The Sorcerer Supreme's big screen debut of course. Although Marvel is well known for keeping most of their films very well protected from leaks and the likes, a video or picture is bound to pop up every now and then and so is the case for Doctor Strange, which premieres later this year.

Screencap: MCUExchange

The latest images to have surfaced show Doctor Strange and Karl Mordo, portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch and Chiwetel Ejiofor respectively, filming a scene in London masking for a New York setting. The scene being filmed consists of Dr. Strange and Mordo running down to aid an injured person.

The person in question could possibly be Bennedict Wong's character, Wong.
The person that shot the video states that the scene involves a person falling and going through the window. The characters are in full blown costumes and Wong's outfit resembles that of a Shaolin Monk, and it so happens that Wong is a Monk who practices martial and the mystic arts and serves as a sidekick to Doctor Strange.
Picture: Marvel

Along with the video (below), there is also a picture that gives us another look at Doctor Strange considerably higher than other people, (perhaps levitating) and it shows him a bit bloodied. How both imagaes relate to each other regarding the order of events is not conclusive but one could speculate that given the relationship between Dr. Strange and Wong, the former would try and fing the attacker and confront him, therefore to the two leading to a fight and hence the bloodied Sorcerer Supreme.

Picture: Anythingbatch

Here is the video of the crew setting up and filming the scene in question.

Doctor Strange is slated to premiere later this year and it will mark the second film in Phase III of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Picture: EW
After Stephen Strange, the world's top neurosurgeon, is injured in a car accident that ruins his career, he sets out on a journey of healing, where he encounters the Ancient One, who later becomes Strange's mentor in the mystic arts.

Iron Man will have War Machine, Black Widow, Vision, and newcomer Black Panther, (played by Chadwick Boseman) by his side, while Cap will team up with his child hood best friend Bucky Barnes aka Winter Soldier, and who also seems to be the apple of discord in this whole thing. Hawkeye, Falcon, and Scarlet Witch, and Ant-Man will round out the team as was hinted at during the ending of his film debut and it's post-credits scene.

Bonus Video

Marvel Studios also teamed up with Coca-Cola and dropped a little gem of a couple of heroes a bit at odds but realizing at the end that teamwork trumps all.

Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures Have A Shortlist of Directors They Want For Their New Spider-Man Film.

Earlier this year Marvel Studios finally worked out a deal with Sony Pictures regarding the rights to use Spider-Man in the former studio's expanding and incredibly succesful cinematic universe.
Spider-Man, a hugely popular franchise on it's own right has recently been, in the eyes of many, underperforming, (i.e. The Amazing Spider-Man 2).

The new deal lets Marvel Studios use Spider-Man in any of their upcoming films, but Sony Pictures will still hold all the rights to the character. Although it has been stated that Sony will have the ultimate say when it comes to creative control, the two are reportedly working together in trying to find the adequate talent to bring their proper, shared vision to film in the best way possible.

The Hollywod Reporter recently unveiled that after a worldwide search for the next actor that will bring Peter Parker/Spider-Man to life, the candidates were reduced to only six. Asa Butterfield and Tom Holland have been rumoured for a couple of months now, among them are four newcomers, Juda Lewis, Matthew Lintz, Charlie Plummer, and Charlie Rowe.

There have been ongoing rumours that Spider-Man's first appearance will be in Marvel Studio's upcoming film, Captain America: Civil War, which is currently filming in Atlanta, GA. and is slated for release on May 6, 2016 and therefore the "urgency" to find an actor that will be suitable to portray the teen-aged webslinger in the upcoming films.
Spider-Man is set to make his solo debut in the shared cinematic universe in 2017, and therefore both studios have also been working together in finding the creative mind that will take them where they want to go.

Collider is reporting that the Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal are close to deciding who their preferred choice to direct the web-slingers latest adventure will be. The shortlist that is being reported consists of, Jonathan Levine (Warm Bodies), Ted Melfi (Writer/Director of St. Vincent), who are considered to be the favorites. Also in the running are John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein (writers/directors of the upcoming comedy Vacation) and Jon Watts (writer/director of Cop Car).
All of the contenders are able to write and direct and could very well tackle both tasks and make a more fluent film based on their vision.

News regarding the studios' decisions as to who will portray the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man and the person who will helm and give a fresh start to the franchise should not be too far away. Keep your eyes peeled and ears open for when the news drop!

Batman Confronts a "High Powered" Person in Newest Suicide Squad News/Rumours!

David Ayer, the director of Suicide Squad, which will be WB/DC's studios third film in the lineup for their shot at creating their "superhero cinematic universe" recently made a statement on Twitter to reassure fans that nothing has been spoiled so far regarding the leaks that have happened in the last couple of weeks.

Having said that, Umberto Gonzalez aka El Mayimbe, has gotten an exclusive scoop and the first for his brand new web-site.  Gonzalez scoop regards Batman and a confrontation with a certain leader of the Suicide Squad.

SPOILER WARNING!!

Batman will have a scene where he infiltrates Amanda Waller's office which is inside a maximum security prision, which can only be speculated to be the same prision that holds the Suicide Squad members.

What does he want to talk to Amanda Waller about?
Batman has a bone to pick with Waller.
You see Batman is totally against the concept behind the Suicide Squad, in fact he warns Waller that he will hold her personally responsible for any innocents The Joker & the rest of the Suicide Squad kill. A warning so stern that he has to visit Waller personally to deliver the message.
Although not a super powered being, Amanda Waller's power comes from her high strategic management, millitary prowess and is an highly trained martial artist.

Given that this iteration of Batman will have him be an established protector of Gotham City and has had several years of crime fighint under his belt it is probably safe to assume that he has had one if not several encounters with the Joker. Also, if the other rumours (yes, the rumours seem to never end for this film), pertaining to the certain fate of one of Batman's sidekicks is true, than we could see where he would get the idea to warn and be worried about the formation of the Suicide Squad.

We have already seen Batman in pursuit of Joker and Harley Quinn and eventually catching up to them. There are a few rumors making the rounds however where it is said that the joker will not be part of the Suicide Squad team and will in fact be their target.
Another rumour going around is that he will be incarcerated for the majority of the film and will escape towards the end, how that will be accomplished is anyone's idea.

This chase scene could be a "flashback" of sorts that shows Batman capturing and sending Joker and Harley to the maximun security prision and therefore "getting the first recruits" for the Squad.

A video posted by Terence Yip (@terenceyip) on

Previous to this "leak" there was also a video where Joker is in an altercation with Harley Quinn. In the video it can be seen that for some reason or another Harley is so upset with Joker that she actually takes Joker's gun and threatens him with it, not to be outdone, Joker quickly turns the tables on Harley, disarms her and proceeds to slap her in retaliation.

If you like going into a film with a clean slate and free of spoilers, you will be glad to know that Ayer has made it known that all outside scenes have been shot and the rest of the film will be done inside a studio safe from prying eyes. Now, if you would like to know more about the film make sure to stick around as one way or another new information regarding scenes and/or plots are bound to come out.

Suicide Squad is a film by Warner Brothers based on the DC Comics of the same name and it is set to release on August 5th, 2016.
The film is written and directed by David Ayer

Starring
Will Smith - Floyd Lawton/Deadshot
Jared Leto - Joker
Margot Robbie - Harleen Quinzel/Harley Quinn
Joel Kinnaman - Rick Flag
Jai Courtney - George "Digger" Harkness/Captain Boomerang
